HI. I’M A BIOLOGIST WORKING IN THE FIELD OF MOLECULAR BIOPHYSICS

Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics at Universidade Federal do ABC, Brazil. I am interested in the research of dynamical and structural features that drive macromolecular interactions, specially in inactive-to-active transitions in protein systems and how information flow through their structure in this process. I have research experience in molecular modeling, molecular dynamics, normal mode analysis, drug design and structural biology analysis. I am currently engaged on the development of a computational protocol that allows the enhanced sampling of macromolecules considering its structural and environmental effects during conformational exploration.
